The Project, Job and Time costing solution offered within the modular suite of Exchequer caters for a diverse range of construction or service-based organisations.

There are many features already inherent in the system that make Exchequer an attractive solution, and these have been further enhanced to meet the needs of the construction and contracting industry.

Exchequer's costing features assist sub-contractors, contractors, contract managers and account managers to manage their work-load and achieve the right results.

The module offers a flexible reporting environment that incorporates either Job or Project based reporting. This is complemented by on-screen budget, commitment, actual and variance costs.

The functionality of the module is then enhanced seamlessly by the introduction of the CIS/RCT or the Applications and Valuations modules to offer a comprehensive range of functionality for contractor/sub-contractor based organisations.

Projects and jobs are set-up in a unique three-dimensional tree, which in itself provides an unparalleled level of analysis.

Projects and jobs can be grouped into contracts to provide analysis at a group level, as well as by individual project/job.

Work In Progress and committed costs are also calculated automatically, and two sets of budgets, original and revised, can be held at any level. A 'retentions diary' keeps track of sales and purchase retentions, automatically raising invoices when they become due.
